Let It Snow

Well the blizzard is here. On my way to work today I couldn't even tell if the streets had been plowed - I guess that's what happens when the blizzard comes on a Sunday. Anyhow, on the way to the subway, I (and everyone else) had to walk down the middle of the street because the sidewalks are totally impassable. I'm not sure how much we got, but the parked cars on the unplowed streets have snow almost to the top of their tires. I'm guessing it's a couple of feet. I took some pictures from the fire escape last night and hope to post some of them tonight.

I love it when it snows like this. Since we don't drive, it's really no big hassle. Like everyone else in our neighborhood, we just hole up in the apartment and venture out now and then to play in it.
