That porch is 'to die for'! You are gonna love it. I am so frustrated w/ my porches. To save money, I had them made of wood which I thought would like, but I can't keep paint on them to save my life. This house doesnt look right w/ 'stained' porches. They really need to be white. But the paint just chips right off! So frustrating. Oh well, new owners will have to deal w/ it soon hopefully. Ha.

Not sure if there are any Italians, but I'm pretty sure you can get spaghetti at the Pizza Hut buffet.
