Yes indeed she was soo pretty. I have pitchers to prove it.

(Lily looks a little like ALexis Bledel in your draw-ring...LOL.)

yes i'm afraid she does indeed look like alexis bledel. these sketches don't really look like any of us, but they convey the feeling, don't they?

hey, email me some wedding pics, please? and resend that story "love my socks", my spam folder got it the first time.

hey, it's okay to look like Rory Gilmore. She's buurrrrteefull. Anyway, I looked at the wedding pics and there aren't any of you guys after all! So frustrating.

I'll resend the story.

Aw stephie, your drawings are lovely! So my heart!

Your little girl is so pretty. But yes, I know what you mean by the "little prince" reference -- the most beautiful children's (of ALL ages) book of them all.

good to hear from you bookyeti!

i am ashamed to admit that i've never actually read "the little prince", though i'm familliar with some of the art. i am going to get it for the kids, soon, though.

has anyone ever read the indian version of "little black sambo"? --i can't think of the name. it makes so much more sense, than the strange racially charged sambo version.

in that version, the little boys name was babaji and the parents were mamaji and papaji. anyway, his clothes were so cute and lily's outfit reminded me of them.
